This Privacy Policy aims to clearly and transparently explain how and to what extent we process your information when you use PawZone (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read carefully before using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have understood, agreed to, and accepted all the terms of this agreement.

Core Principle: This App is a privacy-friendly application centered on local processing. We are committed to following the principle of "data minimization." Your sensitive data is processed on your device by default, and we do not actively upload or save this information.

1. How We Collect and Use Information

We only access and use relevant permissions on your device to provide the following core functions, after obtaining your explicit authorization:

1.1 Bluetooth Permission

Purpose: Used to search, discover, pair, and communicate with authorized Bluetooth devices.

Information Processing: All Bluetooth interaction data (such as device identifiers, connection status) is processed only locally on your device for establishing, maintaining connections, and data exchange.

1.2 Location Information (Precise Location Permission)

Purpose: Used to obtain the current location, display the current location of the device and the pet's location, and set the pet's fencing data via Bluetooth, and partially required by the system for scanning and discovering nearby Bluetooth devices.

Information Processing: All location data is temporarily and real-time processed in your device's memory to complete data monitoring calculations.

1.3 Microphone (Recording Permission)

Purpose: Used only for you to record voice through the App's recording function to set up custom voice commands.

Information Processing: Recording is processed locally on your device by default. Only when you actively select the current voice, the recorded audio file will be sent via Bluetooth to your designated device.

1.4 Photo Album/Media Storage (Gallery Permission)

Purpose: Used only for you to select pictures from your device's photo album to set as the App's avatar or background.

Information Processing: We only access the specific pictures you actively select. We do not scan your entire photo album. Selected pictures may be cached locally in the App to improve loading speed, and you can delete them by clearing the App's cache in the system settings.

2. Information We May Automatically Collect

To ensure stable operation, provide map functionality, and improve the experience, we may collect anonymized, non-personally identifiable information through third-party services:

Map Service Data: To provide electronic map display functions, the App integrates Google Maps and OpenStreetMap services. When you use these features, these third-party service providers automatically collect and process related information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Crash Information and Diagnostic Data: We may collect anonymous device information (such as operating system version) and crash logs for troubleshooting and system version determination.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share information only in the following necessary cases:

• Sharing with Service Providers: We may hire third-party service providers (such as data analysis service providers) bound by contracts to assist in our operations. They can only process information according to our instructions and must protect the security of the information.
• To Comply with Laws: When we believe that disclosing information is necessary to comply with laws, regulations, legal procedures, or mandatory government requirements.

4. Your Rights and Control

You have full control over your information:

• Permission Management: You can disable the App's location access permissions at any time in your device's system settings. Note that disabling relevant permissions will render functions dependent on those permissions completely unavailable.
• Data Deletion: Uninstalling the App will automatically delete all data stored locally on your device (in the App's private storage space), including your set electronic fences, locally cached avatar pictures, etc.

5. Data Retention

We do not retain your personal data on servers. All personal information (such as location, recordings, photos) is processed locally on your device. When you uninstall the App or delete related data, this information is permanently removed.

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed to children under 18 years of age. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child, we will delete it immediately.
